ABOUT ME
As a bilingual board certified behavior analyst, Co-Founder of “Exceptional Services 4 U, LLC" (Special Needs resource webpage of services) and CEO of Shades of Motherhood Inc (Nonprofit), I have dedicated my time and services to the education and improvement of others. I truly believe in the investment of our young learners, and that as a community we can all grow and benefit from one another. Information is power and my aim is to empower others through information and resources.

DEVELOPMENTAL CONSULTATIONS
Developmental milestones and services can be overwhelming with the abundance of information available. Having worked with and collaborated with various professionals (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, special education teachers and general education teachers) I am able to help others navigate through the process of obtaining services. In addition, my experience as a clinical assessor allows me, to help others identify delays and/or deficits which require further support.

STAFF TRAINER
Given the ever increasing demands of education, and new research regarding positive behavior supports, there is a need to explore new methods of assistance. Strategies have been created to improve student attention and participation while decreasing the amount of time teachers spend re-directing students. In addition, children can actively take ownership of their classroom and support their peers when properly reinforced. Whether it be tips for increased attentiveness or social/emotional supports, there are several programs created and ready to be implemented in just about any educational setting.
